I. Mệnh đề wish trong tiếng Anh
1. Cấu trúc Wish (câu điều ước) ở hiện tại
Đặc trưng của câu điều ước là luôn bắt đầu bằng mệnh đềvới Chủ ngữ + wish, theo sau đó là một mệnh đề giãi bày điều ước. Hai mệnh đề này không thể đảo ngược vị trí cho nhau.
1.1. Cách dùng
Cấu trúc wish có thể được dùng để thể hiện mong ước về một điều gì đó không có thật ở hiện tại hoặc giả định một điều trái ngược so với thực tế. Cách sử dụng này giống vớicấu trúccâu điều kiệnloại II.Ngoài ra, để nói về điều ước của bản thân, bạn có thể thayI wishbằngIf only.
